At Cosmo Egypt, we strive to ensure that every order reaches our customers safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please carefully read the following shipping policy, which governs all orders placed through our platform. By purchasing from Cosmo Egypt, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing before they are shipped.

Processing time typically ranges between 12 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods (such as sales campaigns, new product launches, or public holidays), processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Remote or rural areas may require additional time for delivery.
3. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made only on business days (Sunday – Thursday).

No deliveries will be made on official public holidays in Egypt.

Customers may receive SMS or phone call notifications from our logistics partner prior to delivery.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, order size, and applicable promotions.

Certain areas may be subject to extra surcharges depending on distance and accessibility.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.
5. Shipping Partners

Cosmo Egypt works with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information (if available) will be provided.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partner will make two (2) delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable to receive the order after both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery fees may apply for re-shipping.
7. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the promised 2–5 business days, unforeseen circumstances such as:

Bad weather conditions

Transportation strikes

Customs delays (for imported products)

High-volume periods
may cause delays. In such cases, Cosmo Egypt will not be held liable for late delivery.

Any redelivery fees caused by incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

Tracking updates depend on our logistics partners’ systems and may vary in availability.
11. International Shipping

Currently, Cosmo Egypt ships only within Egypt.
